The house is clean and tidy and the current housemates are a friendly group who are all working professionals.
The house is in a safe and pleasant residential area, within 12 minutes’ walk of Bexley train station with trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Lewisham for Canary Wharf / DLR.
The amenities of Bexleyheath Broadway which include two large supermarkets, a cinema and several restaurants and pubs are also just 15 minutes’ walk away. Access to the A2/M2/M25 is minutes away and you are only 10 minutes from Bluewater by car.
We use an external company to complete all reference and credit checks and there is a one off administration fee of £120 inc vat to cover these costs.
