A Question to any home movers thinking of selling their property… 

When you consider which agent to employ to sell your home, is your main question

  1. How much is your fee? or; 
  2. How much will you get for my home? 


Asking the right questions is paramount to ensuring you employ the BEST agent for the task in hand. 

Purely choosing an agent based on the fee alone could ultimately cost you more in the long run.

For instance, we know that many online companies, some famous ones, charge very little and on paper it seems incredible, the same with some local agents but according to their own websites & in general the national average, these agents achieve offers in the region of 97-98% of the asking price.
